Sales Executive
JOB LOCATION:
100% Remote (Work From Home)
- Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in digital advertising through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and proposing tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities.
- Create persuasive sales pitches and presentations to showcase the benefits of online advertising.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales approach accordingly.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing post-sale support.
- Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Keep abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum HSC or Equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.50/5.00 in SSC & HSC or Equivalent. For Diploma Degree, Minimum CGPA of 3.00/4.00 is required.
Basic idea on Digital Marketing.
Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills (English & Bengali).
Able to Work Under Pressure.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
☑️ Basic Salary: 10,000 BDT/month.
☑️ 50% Bonus on Basic Salary in 2 Festivals.

SELECTION PROCESS:
Initial CV Evaluation: Your CV will be evaluated.
Initial Assessment: Applicants who satisfy our preliminary requirements will receive an invitation to partake in an online preliminary examination.
Initial Interview: Those who pass the preliminary examination will receive an invitation to participate in a Zoom interview.
Written Examination: Subsequent to the preliminary interview, an online written assessment will be mandatory.
Concluding Interview: Should you achieve a passing score on the written examination, we shall proceed with a final interview conducted through Zoom.
Internship: After effectively completing the entire selection procedure, you will be granted an internship position for one month. Participating in this apprenticeship will entitle you to 50% of the base salary, which is 5,000 BDT.
Sales Executive: Anomalous performance during your internship will culminate in your appointment as a Sales Executive the following month, accompanied by all benefits as stipulated by the organization's policy.
